What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is before 10:00am. If you are arriving late after a long drive, let us know and we will make sure everything is straightforward when you get here.
Is the pool really available all year?
Yes. The indoor pool is heated and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Rain, snow or an August heatwave, you can swim. There is also a hot tub out on the deck with mountain views.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes — up to two house-trained dogs with a pet fee. They should be up to date on vaccinations and flea and tick prevention. That is the whole policy.
How far are the main attractions?
From Sevierville you are minutes from Dollywood, about 20 minutes to Townsend, 30 to Pigeon Forge, 35 to Cades Cove and 40 to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A $300 security deposit is collected after booking through our secure checkout. It is a deposit, not a charge.
Anything to know about winter travel?
The roads are paved and well maintained, and easy in the warmer months. During winter, four wheel drive is highly recommended. Mountain weather moves fast — check the forecast the morning you travel.
What is provided?
A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, charcoal grill, fireplace, three decks with mountain views, a game room with a pool table and arcade, Roku TVs in every bedroom, and 495 Mbps WiFi. For little ones there is a Pack N Play, a high chair and children’s dinnerware already waiting.
How many can you sleep?
Our cabins sleep from eight up to sixteen depending on which one you choose, across two to four bedrooms.
