Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. We suggest that all members of the group renting and staying at the cabin read the reservation information and the rental agreement. By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing and this document. Guest Policy: This cabin sleeps a maximum of 10 people (adults or children) If you bring more humans than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $10 per human per night. - All guests must be 25, except children accompanied by their parents - Quiet time is 10 pm - 8 am - Respect Our Home - Be advised you will have to clean up after yourself -The cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi and Smart TV's. Remember to bring your passwords to access your favorite streaming apps. -There are no pets allowed at Morning Star Cabin. We love pets dearly and have a dog of our own but, we strive to keep this cabin in top shape for our guests so we leave our dog at home as well. -All trash must be secured in the bear-proof receptacle at the end of the driveway. You may not leave any trash on the deck or in front of the cabin. This will attract wild animals. - Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something. -Any issues or damages to the cabin should be reported as soon as possible. - The hot tub will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All Children must be supervised while using the hot tub. - We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bags, etc. - The cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. You will need to provide your own coffee and/or pods. - Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest: Please empty the fridge and take all trash to the bear-proof can at the end of the driveway. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it. - There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway. You may also park along the road as needed. -Guests will need to allow lawn service access to the yard for maintenance. The lawn service comes by every 2 weeks to maintain the lawn. The host is available for messages between the hours of 8 AM-9 PM Central Time. The easiest way to communicate with your host is by text message. -In case of emergency, call 911.

You’ll have full private access to the entire cabin, including all bedrooms, living areas, game room, and outdoor spaces. (A small owner’s closet is locked and not accessible.)
